Play-to-Earn (P2E) Tournaments

Quip Rabbit implements a fair and sustainable Play-to-Earn (P2E) tournament system designed to ensure accessibility, engagement, and long-term economic balance. This logic flow illustrates how the system handles participation, rewards, and refund mechanisms based on player rankings and daily reward caps.

Players can enter Play-to-Earn (P2E) tournaments by paying a participation fee using either 13 Gems or $0.75 USDC. Each tournament hosts up to 36 players, competing in four elimination rounds. The final rankings determine reward eligibility and payout structure, while the system enforces a daily maximum of $2 worth of QUIP token rewards per player to maintain sustainability.

If a player has already reached the reward cap, they will not receive additional QUIP token rewards, but may still be eligible for non-token incentives such as coins, XP, score and Quip Pass progress. Players ranked 13th to 36th, or players who exceeded their daily reward limit, will receive a partial refund of 4 Gems or $0.25 USDC as compensation for participation.

This model emphasizes fairness and retention by ensuring that every player has a chance to earn rewards while discouraging exploitative behavior or over-farming. It also ensures that QUIP token emissions remain controlled and aligned with the token’s long-term economic utility.
