Go-to-Market Strategy

Go-To-Market Strategy: Phased Global Launch Plan Quip Rabbit is designed to deliver global impact through a phased launch strategy, balancing community growth, gameplay quality, and Web3 scalability. Each step is geared towards long-term sustainability while attracting key players and investors.

Phase 1: Foundational Readiness & MVP

Quip Rabbit Minimum Viable Product (MVP) will launch as an early access version on the Google Play Store and can be downloaded directly through the official website. While this version is still in early beta, extensive internal testing ensures a stable game, supported by a fully integrated backend powered by Photon Cloud, Photon Quantum and Microsoft Azure PlayFab.

Deliverables:

  • Website, pitch deck, and whitepaper published

  • Google Play Store MVP (MVP early access) + APK release

  • Core game mechanics feedback and UX testing

  • Organic growth via Discord, X, Telegram, and early testers in USA West, Europe and Southeast Asia

This phase focuses on building initial visibility and traction. Quip Rabbit aims to raise $5,000–$50,000 to form a core founding team (CTO, CCO, Blockchain Dev, Social Media Manager, Community Manager). Activities include game trailer releases, AMAs, airdrop campaigns, strategic partnerships, and early investor meetings. With this team in place, the project will look to secure $1,2M in Seed and Private funding to support full-scale development and marketing.

Quip Rabbit will launch a full P2E tournament system, staking, map governance, in-game advertising, in-game items, and an in-game shop.

  • Community sale (hard cap $603K), followed by DEX and then CEX listing
